Not sure if you want to list him for next season, but i have:

Hayden Buchanan excellent 12

At his current rate (4.5), he'll be one week shy of making it to incredible when he comes out. I did just upgrade my junior coach though, so he might make it.

Cristopher Vaught will be Outstanding with a talent of 3.5 (pattern 3-4-3-4). So if you want to cross him OUT...^_^
