I will be dedicated to training defenders. Everyone on my team is a USA player except my GK. Can't sell him until I have a replacement and backup. My junior program won't help me until near the end of next season ...

santo and dillard will be sold till they are 26 for sure ;)

26yo is arbitrary but it emphasize the sacrifice that the "Star trainer" is making for the USA NT.

25yo is too easy.

Gerald Butler is coming out next week. Without seeing him, I don't know if he qualifies as a future star, but I'm commited to training him until 26 or 27.

Talent and age are right. But his poor technique and average striking combiniation scare me a bit.

Is he at least triple formidable or outstanding by the time he is 20? I'm thinking that would be hard.

No problem. That will be fun to see him reach those goals. I have 2 juniors who might be something when they come out near the end of next season: Chaz Hoovler Formidable 4.5 talent 15 weeks left and Moe Buddle Excellent 3.75 talent 16 weeks left

I'm hoping Jamal Hoff will be blessed with age and skill distribution. He is a 3.25 talent so he could make it far with my veteran coaching staff.

i will volunteer my training spot to galloway, if he fits in my training plans.

I'm not going to be able to control my trainining plan as well as giving up a training spot to optimize his training.

That is, if i still want to train passing after he hits unearthly, he'll get sold. Otherwise i'll keep him
