Subject: USA Future Stars - Season 11 edition
He won't be as good as he will be if you train him for 2 more seasons.
not being a wise ass here, by the way.
in response, how would you know barndog? If someone were to train a player who was worth , let's say 15 million Euro at age 24, who's to say that the team who buys him at 24 is going to have a worse training infrastructure?

Most of us train for money (and we should). When a user buy a 24yo, unless he's training pace, that player does not fill a training spot for obvious reasons.
Keeping the player guarantees that he'll get the 2 more seasons he needs. It does mimic real life. A player peaks around 26yo and skills start to go down after 30yo.

Mission
The goal of this program is to train "Bogan Like" players (star players), not for proffit but for the future of our NT.
ML and A-league teams can afford to volunteer one (1) dedicated training spot for a future star that will receive training beyond optimal training age in order to create "Stars" for our NT. You may chose to give up more than one spot.
Please post Team Name, Position: Name of dedicated star and I'll compile them. By responding to this thread you give partial ownership of this player to the USA community. Not all players that have made the Future Star list have made the cut to be real Future Stars but it's a start and it helps with the tracking of Juniors.

okay, that makes more sense. Did not think of it that way.
That extra 2 seasons could be what it takes to brush up tertiary skills or going from 3X unearthly to 3X Divine. In my case, this will not bother my training plan at all. My trainees are spread out far enough.
For Example: Lucky only has incredible striker but he'll still be 23 yo when I go back to striker training.

As soon as I get someone worth training thru 26 years, you can count me in... ;-)
I've got two USA strikers right now who are 17yos who have a combined TECH+PACE+STRI of 23, which is decent. We'll have to see how injuries affect them over the next few seasons.

Yeah, what Cody Mac said.
Edd Evans has a reasonable chance at this age dependent. Hopefully its 18.

Jed Torre is a very decent striker trainee.
He'll make 3X Incredible by his 21st B-Day!

Save your money for my Season 12/Week 1 guy. Will come out incredible with 3.63 talent. Pray for 18...
I'm praying for 17. I have a guy coming out early next season that is a 3.25 talent. Will just barely miss being incredible.
Talent is great, if he has good age and distribution let us know about him.
