Subject: USA Future Stars - Season 11 edition

2008-02-08 14:46:29
Man you got shafted on the skill dist. I liked the excellent striker/solid pace for a striker, but the tech kills him. Why couldnt that passing be on tech? Stamina be on defender? :)
2008-02-08 16:45:52
you can take thaddeus gbbandi off the list. Relatively bad distribution and age. nice pull, but no future star.

SEASON 11 FINAL UPDATE

Mission

The goal of this program is to train "Bogan Like" players (star players), not for proffit but for the future of our NT.

ML and A-league teams can afford to volunteer one (1) dedicated training spot for a future star that will receive training beyond optimal training age in order to create "Stars" for our NT. You may chose to give up more than one spot.

Please post Team Name, Position: Name of dedicated star and I'll compile them. By responding to this thread you give partial ownership of this player to the USA community. Not all players that have made the Future Star list have made the cut to be real Future Stars but it's a start and it helps with the tracking of Juniors.

2008-02-13 21:26:37
Thanks for the update. You linked Kobe Owen to Kobe Brights name though.
2008-02-13 21:29:05
Oh what season did the 21 yr olds come out?

Gen Q is alright.

Gen "Not Stokes"

They're all 21 now..."Blackjack" generation?
2008-02-13 22:10:48

Most of the 21yos came out the season when we started that Future Star program. We had a lot of great pulls in that season.

Q actually came out before that. Maybe "Generation Q" will reach a World Cup Final :)
2008-02-14 01:22:52
Here are my 2 for the upcoming season (after tonight's update 2/13, they'll be 3 & 5)

Logan Lynch incredible 4
(4 wk talent, should be Brilliant +0 at pull)

Manuel Urbina incredible 6
(4 wk talent mostly...had one 5 wk pop, should be Brilliant +1 or +2 at pull)
2008-02-20 22:42:44
Don't forget, Galloway is in that class too, so I think it should be called 'Generation GQ'.

As long as Guac is dedicated to training him for a few years more.......
2008-02-21 02:23:17
few years, yes. 26, no.
2008-02-21 03:37:40
Gerald Butler scored a 43 match rating (would have been higher if he hadn't spent so much time defending) in his second match, with a goal and an assist.
2008-02-21 19:32:40
Ishmael DiGiamarino, Bruce Sparks, Diego Waller, Benji Doyle (Codymak)

i hate you cody.

anti-button time.
