if they dont play any games its not much of an incentive to the smart trainers

I'm going to be more inclined to give some of the younger players run outs in the "easier" games.

grr mrr, don't see the point on removing the stud 20's.

Don't see the point in having them on the team if they won't be playing.

Having too many players in the squad is more likely to lead to me getting annoyed selecting the lineup with a stupidly long list!

I agree with Gibby here.

This isnt about giving people artificial e-hardons by having players on their team with a flag, or oooo one cap in some irrelevant friendly.
