Malta guy will have very good pace and striker, solid tech even when he isn't talented and he will be worth a lot more than I paid.

But when he turns out to be very talented, I'm very lucky with him...

He is 18 and there are tons of 100% better midfield trainees than him, but if you have printscreens with talent and find him good midfield trainer, then you could get pretty ok amount.

I found out in Malta forum that his talent is 4 weeks... I'm still sure that this guy haven't got better coach than incredible and that means I got a bargain :P

4 weeks could easily mean 5 given how some people read the graphs.

When he reads 4 as 5, his coach isn't higher than excellent :P
