It's a matter of fact that not every team will be active and some players will often go amiss in the dark depths of SK (and randomly turn up in Poland half of the time).
What I am proposing is a one off (well, ideally once a season in the future) scouting scheme, where users pick up a league and go through the transfer history of all of the teams in a league, and then post any players that look potentially interesting (just the links) in this topic, or SK mail me with them, and then I'll attempt to retrieve their skills.
With a bit of luck, maybe a gem or two will be uncovered. Done this in England on my own before (took ages to do) and did manage to find some worthwhile players.
Ideally looking for at least 50 in ratings on one occassion, or a player "value" that is above 583 334 $ as some sort of guideline. Obviously lower if the player is young and looks remotely decent!
If you have checked a league, post it along with any players found that look worthwhile (potentially).

i went through the polish elektraklasa (sp?) and found this player

i really like those kind of players, but i will never traing a guy like that xDD
Looks like a nice profit from that kind of training.
Not sure how he got an extra $3M out of him. I have much to learn...
