Subject: Plus

I'm having hell renewing my SK Plus. I've tried two different Visas, and they both failed. Any ideas on some potential pitfalls I may be encountering?

No one else having trouble? I'm trying to use the same card as I've always used to update it...

I renewed a while ago and yes I've had problems before.

I also think that there're less issues with paypal.

i discovered it has something to do with how you bank/credit card company processes overseas transactions--but i don't know what or why. i went through the same thing trying to buy Plus for my boys as birthday presents. unfortunately, i have no solution other than keep trying.

and...yes...i agree...paypal would be WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a problem with PayPal in Poland (transfers PP-> bank acc) :(

You can always paypal me and I'll pay for your plus on my card? Although the currency conversions are always a bit iffy going to £ from $. I have a 1013 rating on my paypal account so perfectly safe :)

Apparently I have changed banks since the last time I used paypal.

What happened to simply using my debit card?

My Plus subscription expired, and the exchange rate is awful. Argh. $31.

I have to love how organized SK is. I wake up this morning and no Plus. Now I assume my subscription is up, but I have not received notice. Brilliant way to run a business.
