Subject: Washington D.C.-West Virginia-Maryland

At the end of this month i'm going to D.C. about a new job with the same company i'm working for now.

I heard too many things about it, and of course that D.C. cost of Life is way more than Dallas, TX. I lived on the East Coast before, so i'm familiar with Weather etc etc. i need to know what should i expect from rent, housing cost and other "issues" i might not be aware yet.

decided against socal eh

One of the best places to be for a single person... but also high in crime.

well. There was 2 job available. The one in LA i've been told it is not for me (i guess they didn't want to pay me that much). So they offer me the one in D.C.


I still think i would like to move to LA, but financially i think i will get more in D.C. Anyway i will be in D.C. on January 31st. That will be Superbowl week here in Dallas: if the Pats are here i might take the week off to look for a SB ticket and forget about D.C.
