Removed all 3 from my team , no more training young players. I am planning to stay in ML with old but gold players :)

This image hurts to see. You just sacked an unearthly x 8 coach with 25 seasons left in him. I wouldn’t be surprised for him to sell for $10 mil.

I’m curious what your plan is? Does this mean you will be closing your youth school and not training any U21s?

That is a lot to give up to try and beat LV

I sacked 3 unearthly coaches except below one who is my youth school coach only. My mistake here is i keep 65 yo and sacked 40 , 39 and 44 yo coaches :(

edit: watch him retire this offseason, because his morale is so low after you fired the rest of the staff.

Those are big savings. You’ll be able rapidly save for high priced transfers. Dropping down to A league for a season must have hurt as well as trying to pull all those unearthly coaches.

I spend 650 000 a week on coaches, YS, player wages, and stadium management. Still can turn a profit each season but have to rely on a few big transfers to grow my cash pile.

Expenses on coach wages amount to 196 075 $.

I guess saving 2 800 000 a season makes a lot of sense if you don’t feel that assistants add a whole lot to general training. That’s probably enough to be competing against LV for the top spot quickly.

so you're actually not going to replace them at all?

per my PM to you, I assumed you were going to just replace them with brilliant guys for about half of those wages and get like 92-94% of the training benefit.

also, ironically, this is how I felt about my junior school expenses.

Then again, yours makes you millions, so I understand why you'd keep it.
