per my PM to you, I assumed you were going to just replace them with brilliant guys for about half of those wages and get like 92-94% of the training benefit.
I already saw all process last 2 years . Managers bought my players very cheep price which I spent a lot of time, effort, and financial resources into their growth.
Now My plan is to get money from sponsor , stadium ticket and sometimes from Junior school players. Then being Champ in ML with old players :))
