Curious how other Canadian managers view form. I realise that many clubs have restricted rosters, and don't have flexibility to consider form. They may choose to view this hypothetically. :)
Does this mean international managers shouldn't vote?
Heehee. I very purposefully refrained from putting quotation marks around that word (though the thought did cross my mind). :D
I generally like to keep my reserves at a level that if my starters form is around 4 levels lower than thiers they could start. I think that form is a full 1/3 difference across the scale tragic-divine.
so an "outstanding" player in very good form is outstanding, in divine form would be equivalent to an "brilliant" in very good form, or in tragic form an "excellent" in very good form.
confusing enough!?!?

I think form is very important. I have a good striker, who's out of form. All his shots are worth to .... Also I remember when one of my best defenders, was for 2 seasons out of form... He kicked all balls off the line. Every match, every sunday... Form is imo also the most important aspect in penalty shots.
I suspect form is less important to teams in the upper end of the league who seem to have better reserves they can call on to replace low-form regulars.
I hate to see good players stuck on 'tragic' for long periods. I would never buy a player with low form in the hope that he might gain form at some future date.
