What are you training? What will you train next season? And will you be selling Canadian NT calibre players over the next couple of months?

I would like to know what everyone is training and I think that it would help new managers to sokker.

Real Hawkes has just started an extended period of pace training (~2 seasons). This is especially for my national team player Vince Lemieux who has only solid pace. This may affect my other national team player, Ibrahim Shepherd, who already has outstanding pace...he may be for sale at some point next season. I am looking for good Canadian players who are still young and would benefit especially from pace training.

That's an interesting poll question. :)

I can see there would be a competitive advantage in keeping one's training type confidential. I don't blame any manager who chooses to do so.

Personally, I don't have reservations about sharing my training type. I have been focusing on a position (striker) rather then a type, which means I do rotate training frequently. I don't really think I'm giving anything away by saying what I am training in any particular week, month or season.

This past season I trained mostly striker skill. Next season will be mostly technique. I kind of think the following season will see primarily pace training, (and then back to striker...) but plans that far out can change.

I am hoping that the "NT Census" will give us an idea of who will be available next season. Will be curious to see what response I get. Perhaps we can root out some pace trainees for you. :)

I train middlefielders, then I use to train everything but ST and GK.
Now I am training pace, but planning to rotate to tech and passing next seasson.
I try to have all round players and avoid having to train to much of something in one season (I got boring pretty soon)

I don't mind to share my training type.
This past season I trained pace and will continue for 2-3 weeks and then switch to striker.
I don't intend to sell any of my young Canadian players.
