magical of pace, brilliant of defender
unearthly of technique, unearthly of playmaker
magical of passing, magical of striker

Mario Morell, age: 47,wage: 46 360 C$
club: HL Football, country: Canada
brilliant coach
Training effectiveness:
unearthly of stamina, excellent of keeper
incredible of pace, formidable of defender
unearthly of technique, magical of playmaker
unearthly of passing, magical of striker

I am planning to train PM.
THe issue is, it is worth to move the magical coach (has unearthly PM) as a main coach and the brilliant as youth coach?.
Right now I am using the magical as youth coach.
What you would do?

If it was me, I would switch them and use McDonald as the main coach while training PM.

Unearthly of playmaking if you wanna train PM.

Do you only have the two coaches? Perhaps you could try & land another coach with just unearthly PM?

I don't want a coach with only unearthly PM, I try to have complete coaches as main coach.
I am going to switch.
How much is the difference in youth between having a magical and a brilliant?, does anyone knows.

I fixed the problem. I replaced one of my brilliants with another brilliant and I hired a magical coach. Now I have 2 magical, 2 brilliant and 1 oustanding.

That is pretty close to what I have, in terms of coaches too. But, my magical coaches make $72,000 and $79,000. Between the two I always have a magical youth and main coach and I can train any skill with an unearthly talent. The cost is high, but I find that I get a lot of secondary skill development and would be happy to even get a better main coach.
