Subject: Youth school

Would like to know how many of us have or don't have a youth school.
Please write a bit why you like it or don't.

I have this guy coming in two weeks and he will he Outstanding +3. Hes a 4-5 week pop.
In total I keep 10 spots for juniors and I have pulled players that are used on my team.

I like the youth school and have invested heavily...always with 24-30 youth and a magical youth coach(upgraded from incredible last fall). Several of my players are from my youth team and in the next few weeks I have an enticing 3 players with talent of less than 4.

love it, waiting in anticipation on what might join my senior team. picking through the garbage to find that star that might eventually end up in the national team.
must say that the first few season gave me more talents then the last two. andbI even got myself a magical coach. But there are a few on the way now.

Really like my youth school. Produce some players that gave me some good cash and a lot of young that I'm currently training. It's a good way to spot talented youth to train for our team.

Haven't find the dream player yet, but still have hope to find it someday.

I haven't had a great deal of luck with my youth academy the past few seasons with respect to pulling future stars. But I'm generally in the black. I enjoy watching them progress and the lottery that is the pull. I am optimistic I'll see some more future studs sometime.

I like the school and I try to only use players pulled from it, at least for training purposes.
I have a couple of "stars", Caron, Barrera, Fluet (he may be) but it may be that there is not many middfielders trainers as well.
