No worries Seca, we need some points to get the better seed and interesting season and WC ahead.
I was looking forward to the England game. I felt there was the possibility for a result. It was probably my last chance to achieve something as Team Canada manager.
It was a moment of weakness - I just kinda snapped. Regrettable.
I can't throw stones. I didn't wait for the deadline before I acted. Nor did I send SK-mail reminders with my challenges. I doubt he was scared of us. More likely it just slipped his mind ... repeatedly.
Anyhow, what's done is done. It will be a stat-padding extravaganza this weekend. Look for a number of the U21 studs to take part.

Received a message from England's manager this morning. He says he made a challenge on Sunday. Somehow it did not filter through. Does explain his apparent negligence in the situation.
Blame on both sides. I should have written before making other plans. He should have confirmed the match had been set earlier then an hour before game time.
These unofficial tournaments also have problems like this. Hopefully official national youth teams will become a higher priority now that the new layout is done.

It's up to the organizers to determine who is responsible for the forfeit.
I would suggest Brasil should try to get a result of some kind today - would make life a little easier on the organizers. ;)

I'll be interested to see what you do. Argentina seems to only have confidence in 1 striker, and given how they use him, it appears he is mostly strike-pace with little technique.
My best guess of what they'll do would be a return to the tactic they used against England.
