Fired a 3-week unsatisfactory 18-year-old whose value was (I am not making this up) 7 760 C$. My other guy was better - 19-week solid pull with 6-6.5 talent (excellent coach, I think that translates into about 4.5 talent, correct me if I'm wrong). He'll be TL'd for next Wednesday.

Will keep him no question, couldn't have asked for better. Age is not such a good factor about him but 31 weeks in youth school I don't think you could get a 17 or 18 years old youngsters, right?

Youth are at least 16 when they join the youth team and they age while there....so 18 is the youngest that player could have possibly been. That is my understanding.

I had a junior 34 weeks in school and came out 18 years old....

Well here is my first and only Magical youth with under 4 week talent. A little spread out for my liking but I think I can make him into a fantastic Midfielder ... any other suggestions?

Lovely do you see now the quality of juniors you can pull from youth school :))) We had 2 awesome juniors this week.

I think it's kind of funny that you've been waiting weeks on this guy to determine the new direction of your training program, and then you have a youth graduate that could be almost anything. :D

I would continue training pace for one more year, and then star Mid training......

Going to keep on with the pace for at least the rest of this season...then we will decide :)
