Hey Guys!
I want to candidate for the position as your National Coach. But first I want to say something about my personality:
My name is Adam, I am 16 years old and I am from Germany. My parents are from Poland, I was born in Canada and now I live in Germany. I have been playing Sokker since 10.02.2006 and I don't want to stop playing it.
What are my statistics in Sokker?
This season was very unlucky for me. On vacations, I couldn't make the formations because I didn't have a computer for dispostion. I played in Germany's 3.Liga.02 and now I descended to Germanys fourth league then. But this season I want to advance to my old league again. :-)
Why I want to candidate for the position as your NT - Coach:
First I have to mention that I have got much backup by some expert managers. They tell me things about the tactics, etc. I really like to make tactical formations and afterwards watching the team playing this tactic.
What about tactics, players, etc?
My favorite tactic is 4-3-3 and I use it very often. It's very effective. Furthermore you can let play a/more winger/s.
What are my plans with Canada?
- reach the eightfinal in the WC
- I am interested in young players, because they can reach most
-> there will be NT scouts and U21- scouts
-...
What other things make me candidate for your country?
- I can speak three languages perfectly:

- Polish
- German
- English( not at all, but it's not so bad)
Furthermore I can speak:
-French (fourth year at school)
- Spanish(Second year at school)

- I am a likeable guy ;-)

Just a quick question...you like young players and Canada has several ageing veterans...are there any specific NT players that you would retire from the Canada NT?

you are right, I prefer young players. And concerning your question:
If a player was too old and his skills weren't so good anymore, I think I would have to retire him. But I wouldn't retire old players who are acceptable because of skills, form and tactical discipline.
But as I said before, I prefer young players, and they would have the chance to present themselves.
I think the most of you know, that players get more training when they play in the NT, I think about 20 %. And this is advatageous four younger players when they have got a good talent.

- he is very activ in forums
- he maybe has better players in his team so he knowsm already how to deal with heigher skills

you should better think of before you vote. i can't see any election speech of laufer.
