With talent 3, he could make a top-notch utility player...

Why striker for sure?

He isn`t very young anymore, soon will be 20. I think he has a better potential as a defender. He already has nice sideskills and as a def he needs only long term pace/defense.

he a striker because defending helps a striker whereas striking doesnt really help your team too much when on defenders.

Training him in 2 different skills, rather than 3 (as a striker) would be more profitable.

since you train a striker in two or three different abilities and you usually train six, not more, strikers are much more infrequent and besides, defenders are being sold everywhere for no good price.
That excellent in striker would be a complete loss for a defender, while his level in defending wouldn't be ignored when looking for a striker

See I take the view of Vilpu. Older, less skills needed to train if turned into a defender so that's what I'd go for. Obviously he could well be turned into a striker and had he been a bit younger it might have been a better option but considering he's virtually 20, it would be better to play him as a defender training 2 skills rather than training 3. He won't get high enough skilled as a striker to sell for much, whereas it is still possible to get him to be a decent defender.

Either way, it's upto whoever trains him to decide because he can be either with that distribution.
