I don't know if this is official or is it going to start next season but for sure great news. I am sure admin will post some news about it soon.

So, with this new future Canada will need 2 NT coaches, one for seniors and one for U-21.

Well we better wait for admins news.

I would expect U21 qualification to be off-set from the senior teams. Since next season is a senior qualification season, it's likely the U21s will just have a friendly schedule.

how will the team roster be decided? ultimately by the coach elected?

As our holiday present to our users, we're pleased to announce that for the upcoming season Under-21 National Teams will be added to Sokker. This has been one of the most requested improvements and we hope it will be a great success.

The U-21 NT matches will be played on Fridays. In this first season only friendly matches will be played; U-21 World Cup Qualifications are planned for the following season.

Please note:
- Players aged 21 or less may be called up by either the U-21 NT or the Senior NT, but may only be in one team at a time. The coaches can of course exchange players between the two teams.
- Users can be manager of only one NT at a time so the Senior and U-21 teams will have different coaches.

Currently, Friday has no special events in Sokker. Next season will bring a new opportunity to see bright new talent from all around the world as the young stars of Sokker represent their countries!

congrats, I have no canadian U-21 players, damn youth drought...

but I can hardly complain with Fichaud, Villa, Touchette, Boisierres, Vafir, Kasim... I have gotten my share of brilliant+ talents over the seasons :)

good luck, I don't think that we have and U-21's who would do much at the mens level, but keep me up to date on who is playing well and they may get a call up!

I know we don't have such a strong U-21 players, thats why I chose some easy opponents for this friendly season. We should be able to beat almost all of them.
