Three pulls for Christmas, but I didn't get my two front teeth.

My first ever formidable pull, exactly 5 talent (excellent jr coach). But what do I do with him?? I was hoping for something ... if not better, at least more obvious. Sure, I'll pace him up a ways, but what then?

I think you should sell him. Those players are worth only few quid one the market. If you want to make him your new trainee, then he is way too weak imo.
I see you are leader in your division and on your way to higher division. Therefore I am sure you could afford pulling better junior coach. At least outstanding-incredible.
