If yo can start training anything Romeo Manning may be a good prospect for striker/forward.

I was thinking something along the lines of defensive mid, but he has a big hole in passing...

What position are you training?
If you are not training any particular position I will go with FW.

If he were my player I will train for MID, but only because I am training MIDs and it is really difficult to change, but if you can choose go for FW.

I've been training pace for two seasons, but I'm open to change. If I'm going to train FW I need a new coach though, my current guy's unearthlies are pace, passing and PM.

Depending how much you can spend I would try to find a coach with unearthlies in pace, tech, striker.

BTW, the coach you have now doesn't work for a DM, you need also high coaching in PM and defense (for that reason I am spending lots of money in training MIDs)

I'm still League III, remember? (And after this week's fluke draw, looks like I'll be TWO more seasons here, sigh...) I'm spending about 50% of my income on player salaries, 50% on head coach + assistants, and 70% on junior coach + junior school. The remaining -70% of my income is going into new recruits, so I don't have a whole lot of money for better coaches (-:

That why I suggest going for FW and not for DM, train a DM is going to be much more expensive.

Was incredible +3. A little disappointing for a week away from brilliant. Must have some high sub-levels. Will need extensive pace training.
