Can anyone beat this or am I the only one who plays virtually all my home games in the rain?
Last season, 5 of my 7 home games were in wet weather so my div.II crowds were relatively small. I checked the season before and it was the same story. So we total 10 soaked crowds in 14 games over 2 seasons. This season, I have now played 3 home games. Game 1 was in drizzle. Game 2 was in torrential rain and today (game 3) was also played in torrential rain! So in total over 2+ seasons, I get soaked for 13 games out of a total of 17 home fixtures! At best I am pulling 2/3 of capacity and I seem to have only a 23% chance of dry weather and a full house.
I'm really beginning to get quite po'd by this. I'm seriously thinking it may be time to move on. Is it just me or does anyone else feel they have more than the average number of wet home games?
