My next move is to start anew with training of pace and stamina on young players. The best few of these trainees will form the basis of my team and the focus of my training program. The new training regime sounds potentially very profitable. Going with a young pace program is quite possibly what I'd do after dismantling the big purple machine.

The trick with youth is paying a fair price for talent. Many managers dont know their youth pulls talent and the ones that advertise great talents for sale get premium prices. There is a 17yo up for sale today, Lara, who is already well over $6million...you can get a great, fully trained player for that price.
