Subject: free stamina training

this off-season have your young talent trained, for free, in stamina...the Real Hawkes will conduct a 3 week stamina training clinic and there are many open spots available, upon reservation:)

Great! I'm sending half a dozen youngsters over for the free training. Could you also give them some Pace and Tech. training while they are in your charge?

I'll send you a bill for their travel expenses when they get back to Alberta...

Do you give out free massages too...?

One manager can train 5 players in tech or 11 players in pace or 50 players in stamina during this coming week. In the interest of better sokker players why not fill those spaces through short term loan deals?

and how do you propose we do that? I sell you a couple of players now, and you sell them back to me in week 1 with some interest?? :))

List them at an agreed upon time - I buy them and train stamina 2 or 3 weeks

sale and resale prices are risks as is that the player refuses to be listed.

You have to be careful about this. Inflated transfers are subject to Admin intervention. We also have some teams that share IPs - no transfers are allowed between them.

It's a nice idea, but probably not worth the trouble.

I really don't want the risk of loosing a good trainee for stamina, but it may be worth for some teams.

Interesting concept - shows you're thinking! But I didn't think you were serious at first 'cos it could get very complicated especially if other bidders got involved. And you would have to pay the salaries of a bunch of trainees for 3 weeks. That could mount up if you went all the way to 50 players. That would have to be reflected in the price exchange or else the free training would cost you a chunk of change.

I am serious, but there are problems with the implementation, ie transfer prices/bidding. I dont expect to pick up more than a few players.
