It's been a lots of fun this past season leading U-21 team, so I would love to go for another season.

I have been thinking to make some kind of contest for next season.

Hope I will get your support once again.

Here is a question... In what player position(s) is the Canada u-21 weakest ?

For the next season Canada weakest position will be MID. Gusberti, Lighfoot, Hooper, Mita, Blackburn they all will turn 22 next season and we don't have even close players to replace them. We have some promising young ones 17, 18 years old but they need a season or two to be the lewel with those I mention above.
Another position is striking.

About MIDs, let me know what skill you want me to increase that can help you to have another player for the NT (as I see my players the most ready is Vernon Francois and he is 17yo D:)

Just don't train him in just one skill like most managers over the border.
Francois need some primary skill increase first like MID.

Every season I try to train tech, pace, pass, PM and defence.

Considering the lack of suitable candidates for the main position, I would have thought you'd step up and take that job. We have a similar problem in Ireland so we're trying to encourage the less established managers to run in the U-21's as a stepping stone to full national manager.

I think there is been similar situation last election when Deja stepped up.Some didn't agree with that and I think it was highc who is now candidate with slavko for U-21.
