I don't find the 'useful stuff' topic helpful with currency conversion.

Can someone confirm that in Sokker, 1 Euro = $2 Canadian ?

Tks.

16 $

The number you`ll see is the answer of your question.

Since there's rounding going on, let's try a bigger number:

€ 100 000 = 100 000 $

So in fact, 1 Euro = 1.6 C$.

Thanks! Someone straightened this out for me by em on the 12th, and you're right of course - the 1.6 factor is correct. I thought it was 2.0 but I was informed that it was never higher than 1.8 in the original SK tables. Apparently Greg introduced the formula [money=country code]... etc., more recently. Oddly enough, this is very close to the RL exchange rate, but that apparently is just a coincidence. It is stuck at 1.6 for the foreseeable future!

Indeed, just a coincidence; when I was briefly in Europe about three years back, the RL exchange rate was just over 1.4.
