Being u21 manager is a tough job. Since there is a high turnover of players every season, you must start from scratch, scouting and recruiting players. Dont you think someone from Canada would be in a better position to do this?
Well, you are the first person to post their intention to run. Thanks for putting your name forward.
Who do you think will have the best u21 teams this season?

Well, in this category it is more difficult than in open representation, personally I believe that standard will be very aligned in this season, in this moment first are Italianes but all top10 have chance, maybe will it Poland? :>

With only a few days left 3 Canadians have voted for u21 national manager. So Thomassi, your chances look good:)
Here is a question. Is pace of defender more important for u21? Would you rather an outstanding pace, very good defender or a very good pace defender with outstanding defence?

It`s weird...Nearly 30 votes for NT candidates and ten times less for U21. Don`t people know they can actually vote for U21 too?

sorry that I write on this subject, but my isn't very popular:)
I train defenders and I think that defense is more important than speed, because speed can make up for the tactic, and it is harder to defend. I did a review of the players in Canada and noticed that very few people he trains strikers, why is this ...?

Hmm.. It's good question as good defender have to snaffle the ball but he should too keep up behind opponent. In my team I put on defence and I am satisfied from results.
Seca has always trained strikers and has kept Canada in constant supply...so now that he has swithced to midfield ( I think ) we may become short. Any ways you only need one player with great striker skill per team, other skills are comparitively more important for training. I bet one of every two managers trains pace.
Thank you for vote, maybe next time will be better, contgratulations for winner :)
