Subject: Youth System

Hey guys,

I have my first solid prospect coming out of my junior school in 8 weeks. He started out with an average pop of 3.5 and has worked to an average pop of 3.8 (3,4,3,4,4,4). He is set to come out at incredible. What should i expect as an average incredible pull? (how many excellent stats or how many stat points to go around?)

hard to say, stamina is weighted differently than other stats so it can have a big influence, if he is a keeper that is also different, that's part of the fun/pain, you just never know! Incredible youths are often able to make the U-21, but not quite good enough to be regular NT players.

With the new youth system it will be even more difficult to know, as your youth coach and number of youth matches played will determine how accurate the level that appears on the academy page is, so you won't be able to get a clear idea of how talented the player is, or even what level they are actually at!

With that passing swapped with technique he would be probably the best 16y old striker ever pulled.
