I will writte here because my sister mailed 2 times to the administrator and they not only didn't answer her mail, but they also rejected her team. I wrote to one of the spanish administrator explaining our situation that my sister and me have to share the IPS because we live in the same house, so i asked him if they needed any proof of that and that we are living in canada and his answer was no, we don't need that. So it is totally unfair, she had been waiting for 5 days for nothing, and now she is bugging me to use my account to play, so what is going to happen? do i have to show any proof that my sister play soccer, and that i am not cheating or sth. It is unfair what happen, but i need a solution

This is clearly the wrong place for that.

Send another mail to admin with the username and teamname of your sister. Usually admins believe users and accept users who share a computer. For example me and my bro.
