that's really small, i'm -20k but with one home match i'll be +10k

you should not worry about that because with 1 home match for you, you should be positive in that week... plus extra

how much cash in the bank...?

good advice from 1:
In the future, there are a two things that you can do to make your team better and less prone to unlucky results...The cheapest way to improve your team is with pace. With pace your defenders can push up and play the offside trap, your strikers can get breakaways and your wingers can streak down the wings. The other thing is tactical. Every bot plays the same 'normal' tactic. You can take better advantage of this by attacking the spaces inbetween their defenders and especially down the wing. Crosses from the wings creates a lot of goals. And your defenders can press more.

I have been training pace for quite a while now (pace and stamina mostly since I started.)

the new coach should give you a boost...
that money should help out to buy some new players aswell...
