i know that the coaches now dont have an "exact idea" of how good these youths are, but i had a guy drop 3 levels in one week! i mean its at a point now where you have no idea which guys are good or not... you could get a poor junior and on the first week double pop and then pop again the next week.... its jsut getting ridiculous. =(

You are right. Talent is unknown for all of our junior players now:( It is a big change.

its not just talent but level. i mean a gy entered my school at one level and was only in for like 5 weeks but on the second last week went down 3 levels! he left the school at -3... that just isn't right.

I agree. I've noticed with as my junior players are getting to the point of being ready for first squad, their potential is suddenly dropping from good, or solid to unsatisfactory.

Simply annoying.......

I had a gy pop to outstanding with 3 weeks to go... should have been close to incredible when he graduated. instead his last 3 weeks looked like this: 12 -> 11 -> 12 -> 10 and he graduated at excellent... =(

yeah but how did he pop to outstanding? With a +3 jump?
2010-01-22 16:35:23
nope... he started at average and his pops were like this (in weeks): 3,4,3,4,4,4,3 (and the last pop here is where he gets to outstanding)

the only double pop was his double pop DOWN to excellent.... i dunno i feel like i got screwed.

I think you're reading too much into the final value. If he started out the way you stated, then he was definitely high-outstanding or incredible when you pulled him, no matter what your blind coach thinks.

This is a first, I have a new entrant today who has already popped once. in SO his initial skill is average but theres +1 beside his name and his current level is adequate.

excellent! keep track of that player, he may help prove a theory I have that the players initial skill on Sat is his actual skill on entry
