I have a player and I don't know what to do. He should be incredible pm tomorrow.
24yo
excellent stamina hopeless keeper
outstanding pace adequate defender
incredible technique outstanding playmaker
formidable passing poor striker
What is better to do? To sell him tomorrow or to train him passing 1-2 level and to sell him to the beginning of the next season?
Also I have some players with brilliant passing or close. Their wages will increase a lot if they will be unearthly or close to passing?

I would train him passing and sell the next season.
If you get to incredible and you can train PM do so, he is going to get a better price if he is incredible in PM, tech, pace and passing.

Well, at 24 years old, if he doesnt start on your team then I would sell now and buy a younger trainee. He is just about as good as he is going to get.
I don't think you'll notice that big a difference in wages at those levels. Nothing like keepers wages.
Part of the consideration is if you have a trainee to step into that spot.
I'd be tempted to sell, especially if you aren't convinced passing training is in the best interest of your team. More PM on this player won't add much to his value (which I think you implied).

I am thinking to keep the player for my team.
I am gonna train passing for 6,5 weeks and technique for a season (mostly for the rest of the middies).
I used him usually as a winger, but due of low passing he missed a lot of passing for the forward.
Where is this kind of player best useful?
- winger
- offensive middie
- defensive middie
I am thinking maybe offensive middie?

He is best as an offensive middie, he could use more PM for that role though
It seems that the dividing level between good wingers and horrible ones is at about incredible passing, PM doesn't matter so much, in fact with too much PM they tend to 'over think' the play instead of just running to the corner and dropping the ball into the penalty area

I won't train pm for a while. Maybe 1 training between seasons for the guys who are very close to pop up if they are not popping up without that training. :) Not for him.
