I wasn't too familiar with the national teams and I didn't bother to follow the NT games.
I was more hattrick addicted then sokker, but now since there I won everything my interest to the sokker become higher.
Since I knew I have a player with chances to get in the U21, I started to follow the U21 games, standings, etc. I didn't like what I saw, from the point of view of my player.
It looks like there are 2 seasons, 1 for qualifiers, 1 for world cup. (like ht)
If a team doesn't qualify to the WC (like our case), the NT coach probably will drop the 21yo and 20yo guys and start to fill the team with 19yo guys to get more training. There is no point to keep the 21 and 20yo in the team. Is that right? But I saw the coach still playing with 20 and 21 yo players. Why?
Also, I am not sure how much extra training get U21 players that went on the field for U21. I heard about 33% and 50%. 33% or 50% from what? and when?
I heard that if they play for the club team they get about 95% training, if they play in friendly about 93%, if they play in both 100%.
If they play for U21 they will get some extra training if they play for the club, or the percentage is just if they don't play for the club in that week?
Is there somebody who can explain on detail?
Thanks.

IMO is not worth drop the 20-21 because we are going to finish loosing a lot of ranking points and the training is at most only a 10% more for the players.
I think that if the player play Sunday he gets 95%, Wednesday 90% and if he plays in the NT and in the friendly he gets 100%.

My understanding is that in hattrick the experience from playing in national team games is very high and valuable for the players. And that in sokker there is no such individual players experience bonus. In fact the next world cup qualifying is seeded according to the national teams ranking. Therefore, it is more important to get ranking points through winning games.
the players don't get more training if they play for U21?
If yes, it is only 10% or so?

Really is only 5 or 10 % depending if they play Sunday or Wednesday.
yes, in hattrick the experience is very important. Here I thought the players get more training playing for NT, but when I heard is just few percents I understand why the 21 and 20yo players are still in NT.
