Subject: [NT U-21] momo18

Hello everyone,
I decided to run for the coaching of the Canadian U21.
I'm Italian, 47 years old, and I'm playing sokker since 2005. I have collected several promotions and some relegation, with my personal team, and accumulated a lot of experience. I own 3 national players, 2 italian and 1 brazilian, so I understand the needs of owners.

I like attacking style and play mgt footies with 3 strikers as a must, have been playing 3-4-3 until now but wingers hurts badly and the defence is my weakest point, having said that i have just created a 4-3-3 tactict which i will develop and use as a base with a 5-2-1-2 or the loved 3-4-3 depending on opposition


I'm very active in the game and fairly active in the forums

I haven't got a scouting team (any volunteers out there) and will be asking current staff for all the data and vital advice

I have never managed a NT team, I was only the striker's scout for England NT with ermejo coach, but rest assured i will do the best i can (is it going to be enough?)

Now Canada is a small sokker country, but I'm sure, with a good planning, we could improve on and reach the right level that a similar country deserves.

My goal will be, of course, to get Canada U21 to the world cup while trying to get some young ready for the major team.

But, I am concerned that you have no knowledge of Canadian u21 players. Scouting may be very difficult for you.

I followed your last 4-5 league games and I saw that you didn't change the tactic.
do you intend to change the tactic for the national team or you will want to play all the games with the same tactic?

In my last championship, I used 3 different tactics, changing it following depending on the opponent's tactics; I could not change further because I knew well my players and I knew exactly where they made it better. With a greater player base available, and different types of skill, I could certainly adopt different tactics, which, at club level, you can't try.

Like most nations, you adopted the same international database which I used as scout for England strikers till some day ago. The best scouting success depends on the answers of users and their willingness to update the database. Obviously, my first request would to be helped by some Canadian scout, one for each role, but if there were none available, I work alone, with more difficulty, of course.

I don't think we are using that database anymore, mostly because the greasemonkey script doesn't work anymore with the new Firefox.
