Subject: »[NT] Update

Friendlies have been arranged to take us to the WC. Lietuva this week, Brasil next week.

I have received the player data from Deja (Very nice! I've never seen such a colourful spread sheet. :D). Kudos to our Canadian Managers! We have some very nice players, and it will be a pleasure to coach them.

I would encourage any teams with NT players to send a skill update (I will start to chase those who don't shortly).

I would also encourage teams without an NT player to send me the stats of their best player. There may be a role for your star to play!

(Any data sent to me may be entered into the NT Spreadsheet, but will not be shared with any other managers - that said, it is still completely up to you whether you wish to send your player data. I can understand a desire to keep the information discrete - tho old or no information will affect player selection decisions).

One final note - I've asked my brother to set up a secure off-site forum for us. He is a little busy right now, so it's unclear if anything will be done b/f the WC. Would be nice to have a private place for NT discussions.

My best player was a defender but I have 3 or 4 really good Forward trainees. No other defenders are trainable. I am hoping to train forwards for a while.

I was anxious about the cup matches today - the NT was surprisingly injury free. I was hoping to see all the projected starters for Saturday come through unscathed.

They didn't. :S Felix Iginla of Black & Oil was in my planned 11. Will have to make some adjustments. :)

I saw that... at least it is only for the game vs. South Africa

He'd still be slightly injured for England I think. So he'd be available, but not at his best.
