Shimon MacIlvora - one of our promising young strikers - has hit the TL. Tho he may not be as promising as I thought. He's owner has been telling me for some time (like a season ago) that he's had outstanding striking. :/

Indeed. That's approximately what Choquet went for, and he's a year younger and further ahead.

I'm guessing he's already got a buyer lined up, but all the advertising I saw was for an Outstanding striker.

Giacomi is a beast; good luck on the sale.

With that stamina, he won't be much use other than as a supersub.

Wow MacIlvora was sold for that price! Hopefully he'll get some striker training now.

Hmmm. Judging by the NT injuries we suffered this weekend, the WC must start this week. :S

Parker - 12 days
Omar - 8 days
Moreau - SI
Lavrynenko - 29 days
Giacomi - 23 days
Lamontagne - 8 days

Lavrynenko and Giacomi will miss the group stage. Omar and Moreau should be available for Italy. Not sure what to do about Parker.

Ortega Santiago also got a 12 days injury :(

Shoot. Sorry for overlooking that - I had him on my list.

For those interested in the upcoming unofficial U21 tournament, it has been decided the groups will be completely random (as opposed to based in whole or in part on the Sokker rankings). So luck will be an important contributor to success.
