He is a great prospect. And after the Choquet disaster, it is kinda of nice to keep those domestic.

Depending on his price, he's also a decent business proposition. A couple seasons of tech, then unload him to a pace trainer for big bucks.

The downside is that his secondaries really aren't that good ATM (bad for U21, let alone the main squad). Most NT managers (IMO) would prefer an incred/incred/incred to a divine/excellent/excellent. So I wouldn't expect him to get that many caps until he was 23-24 (obviously depends on the NT manager's preferences).

So Belarus for the friendly this week? You did well to talk Dragster into a match - he always refused my advances based on our ranking.

Good game by Cochrane. Team overcame Moreau's red card nicely. :) Defense looked very sturdy. Nice debut by Touchette.

Speaking of Moreau, I'm curious why a 26 year old bot player is suiting up for friendlies. Seems a waste of the training and experience benefits that go with NT play.

I just love that Cochran, every game he showed strong performance and even stronger today as a lonely striker. I like him couse he have such a courage to shot from every angle and he's got such a powerfull long shot. Touchette showed strong performance too, he got his place in U-21 defence for sure.
Second game in a row a striker leaving early with the red card, I didn't told them to go so hard and aggressive hopefully after I gave them a lesson they won't do it again.

Moreau suited well with the tactic I used today(we didn't see much of it today from him) and with the requirement between me and Dragster. As you may know we have 4 such(without team)strikers, 3 strikers are injured, 1 red card, so left are Amado 24, Biron 19, Fortner 22, Hitschfeld 25, Lavrynenko 20 and Wang 22, among them are Cochran and Moreau.
Amado and Wang - avoid risk of injury or red card,
Biron supposed to replace Moreau in second half,
Fortner just didn't fit for the tactic today,
Hitschfeld is 2 years without a NT game and you may know his skills just not close enough for even friendly, he might be even sacked from NT.
Lavrynenko - great potential but like you said not fit for NT yet,
So I chose Moreau maybe I made a wrong choise among them but you newer know what could happen.

I don't see why I would't play him, we agreed for 4 older players so why not Moreau. If this was an U-21 of'course he wouldn't play insted 2 youngsters but then he might have put 2 very good strikers up and there goes the game, disaster. So thats why, hope you get my point.

Just found a potential DEF for our U-21 plays in Romania and is from Hrodna youth, his name Poul Gervais 2739159. He might be able to play for our next U-21 game.

My point was that Moreau is on a bot team, so he doesn't get training - as such, the training benefit of playing in an NT match is wasted.

Furthermore, he's already got unearthly experience, so there isn't any experience benefit either.

Not really an issue - the training benefit is small, and experience isn't that important for strikers.

Watched Lavrynenko sell. Just over 5 million. Not that bad I guess. I almost got in there. :) Looks like he's landed with a pace trainer, but Slavko may want to confirm that.

Have you scanned the dream team site thing for potential U21 players? Can be a useful resource for finding players you might not otherwise hear about.

Lavrynenko is in good hands and is going to get pace training.

Would have been nicer if he'd got the tech training first. A fast divine striker without much tech or tackling still doesn't sound very effective. But all in good time. :)

Sorry I couldn't be online to buy the player. Also I don't think I would pay 5M for a player with only 1 skill.

Don't worry yosarian, it looks like he is good hands and is getting pace training, I know better would have been tech training first but he need both anyway and under excellent in both he is not wort to play for NT at all. I am gonna keep him in the NT squad anyway, in 2 season he could be a star.
I am working on tactics for our next game vs Moldova, so please anyone I would love to hear any suggestion not only for this game but anything you think I should do better or whatever it is on you mind. If you just say good, not good, super, disappointment, why this, why don't you do that, whatever it is I just want to hear it, it only can make me do better. I am not saying I don't do a good job as a NT manager just want your opinion. And even if anyone think I am not doing good job as a NT, speak up!!

I would strongly encourage you to use more of the A-squad guys in the line-up.

It takes a bit of practice and experimentation to learn how to get the most out of different players (and combinations of players).

Croatia and New Zealand are far enough off that injuries and cards really are no concern.

There is a player on the TL right now (Shane Lorion) that I had added to my prospect "watch list" when he was first pulled.

I can't remember what he looked like then - his present skills are nice but not overwhelming (may be an indication of his talent), but he might be worth a look for midfield trainers.

How about Claude Vidal 3325750, he is on TL and is from your junior squad, is he any talented?

Sadly, no. According to my records, his average pop was ~7.
