If any striker trainers are needing a Canadian trainee, Roland Nugent 1315689 is currently listed. On the NT depth chart, he's around 3-4 for U21. Somewhere around 9th overall.

Saw him too late :( I'll be training technique for a while.

The Belgium game next week is no longer a U21 match. The manager of their side doesn't have time to figure out a U21 line-up.

So we will be playing a mixture youth and form casualties against their A-squad. I'm guessing it's not going to be pretty. :D

I didn't even realize that a former Academy player of mine Francois McGhee is a defender for the NT. Pretty cool.

I thought that we handled them ok in qualifications last time

I think that we have improved more than them since then, could be closer than you think, I predict 0-0

1 knock of note on the weekend - Parker. He will be fully healthy by the Mexico game.

Omar and Klukowski lost more ground form-wise. Not a bad update other then that.

Vacation: I`ll be on vacation from 20-28 August and from 3-7 September (Surfing :p). Please don`t mail me if it`s not absolutely necessary.

Scrambling to make alternate plans. A little late tho. May not be a friendly this weekend. :S

Checked the 55 Sokker nations. All but 4 are already officially booked. Have wrote and challenged those 4, but they may have already made arrangements.

Guess we'll see. :)

The US has kindly agreed to play. :)

As stated before, we will be playing youngsters along with a few vets that are struggling with form. No point in risking injuries or cards to our regulars. So I'd recommend keeping expectations low. :D

Two additions to the NT roster:

Issa Bradshaw - Jalea of Scarberia. Was on the NT briefly before for a U20 match.

Saleem Canizalez - DB Rovers. Nice young player who has been great in the CPL this season.

Both expected to play Saturday.

Note: this brings us to 41 players. A little big. I haven't done that clean up yet.

I would not be surprised if there is a limit on NT roster sizes next season. The current system of unlimited rosters is being abused a little (check out Bosna i Hercegovina :D).

Oh really, 255 seems to be a nice number for a soccer team. Or perhaps an Infantry Battalion.

I think it works out to 3 players per user... someone needs to learn how to say no

some are clearly not right though, I saw a 30 yo $50,000 player on there!
