Think I'll cancel my Junior School. Yet another dud graduate (reported as solid, but stats were unimpressive.)

My Junior Coach is Very Good with above average talents. In the next week or two I have a junior goalie showing formidable talent. I'll assume he'll also be a dud.

To be honest, "solid" isn't that great of a junior school graduate. Once they start to get above excellent, they generally have more impressive skills.

How old is your GK going to be? If he's 18 or less, I'll probably be interested in training him (and if not me, Kbaillie is also training GK).

Also, very good is not very good for a junior coach. As I mentioned in the Newbie forum the other day, a formidable junior coach doesn't have to cost very much. The junior coach's individual skills don't matter at all, just his overall skill, so look for a cheap one.

Your junior coach should be at least, at least, formidable....otherwise you might as well close your school right now. You can find some cheap formidable, even outstanding, coaches. When I first started playing this game, I had an incredible coach within 2 months of playing

I'll start looking for a better Junior Coach. Thanks for the info.

Does this look like a brilliant youth?????????

Nedzad Migliore, age: 20
club: New West Stampedos, country: Canada
value: 190 000 C$, wage: 2 440 C$
very good form, tragic tactical discipline
height: 175 cm

adequate stamina weak keeper
excellent pace average defender
good technique hopeless playmaker
solid passing poor striker

I don't know what to do with him.

Looks like you have bad luck with the stamina and the keeper

If you're training defender and he's talented, you can probably turn him into a nice player. Not great, but nice. If not, sell or sack him. Junior school is a lottery, and sadly this guy is not a winning ticket.

sell the player, don't sack him
