I have a player who's talent is between 3 and 4
he cames average and after that went to: adequate, good, adequate, good, good, solid, very good, solid, solid, excellent

Should I keep him, or is better to sell? I will train technique and after that pace

Training tech and pace? Heck yeah, keep him. I'm not sure what he'll become, but you'll get more money for him with six or seven tech/pace pops over the coming season.

I will go with the 17yo. He should improve faster, he is more talented and is younger.
