I am curious to find out who's coming to my league (II.4).
How can I find out?

the 4 teams that finished with the best records in leagues III.1-III.16 are automatically promoted, the other 12 teams that finished 1st in their league play qualifying matches to see if they promote. I don't think you can tell which of the top 4 teams are in your league, but for the other ones go to the Canada page, then Qualifying Matches and see which teams from your league are playing and against who...the winners of those games will be in your league
