why did you wait until the second week to join?

because i was on holiday! :)

i've decided to post here my speech with some changes..it's simplier to read! :)

I see several good chances for this team to reach excellent results!
but befere arriving to them this team needs hard work and a good organization:

TARGETS

- with the help of some Talent Scouts, all the possible next national players will be monitored and searched!

- I'll work to improve and facilitate the visibility of the new youths with a effective method already used in Italy

- my staff and I will help you about how to train better your U-21's players, and those who have the possibility to become members of it; but also the users who buoght the others national youths, in order to have more good young players and be competitive in all the matches.
By the way, into my staff i want, if possible, also 1 or 2 willing national users!

- grow the national youngs is very important but win all the possible matches has the same importance;i want to refresh the game plans of this team, according to the new features of the new game engine, because before the skills is the tactic that is important to win!
the perfect tactic doesn't exist, but for every match i'll try to find the better one!

- i'm going to introduce a new space in the forum to speak about the U21's matches, because only together we will have good results!discussions are usefull to improve the team, from the tactical disposition to the best use of a single player;

-last but not the least, do my best to arrive second in the qualification group!

possible questions:

What is it that would make you a better choice for coach than the other coaches?

fortunately i met several expert users who help me to understand some important elements of this game!i try to be informed about all the chenges in the game and i always read the topics with tactical discussions(such as those of the NT matches) in order to find the best tactical solution...i watch the matches of Italy, to understand to players' movements! i love do the tactics!:) i never use the same tactic; every match is different and so the tactic too.
i put a lot of passion in this game because i like it very much and i think i've already good experience. in my league i had good results in little time, passing in three seasons from the promotion to the second place this year, loosing only the matches vs the firts and this thanks a meticolous preparation of the tactic before every match!

What tactics would you use?

althoght i use sometimes a 433, I think that with the last change of the game motor more MiD can be used usefully in order to have more actions (and some spectaculars I hope :D)

About defence: i don't like very much the difensive approach with 5 defenders but against strong teams i'd use it! in addition, a new feature of the game motor is the possibility of using the external defenders in the game planning/setting! so i prefer that the players who will play in this rule have "high" "playmaker" and "passing"!
so the possible tactics will be
-532(no wing)
-5311(with wing)
-5212(with wing) .
But after the new game features 532 has becomen, or this hope DEVs, less efficient so the use of it would be strictly limitated.

-in the other matches i'll use
-4 defenders, with 3 mid (one half-back) and a wing, 2 ATT
-442 diamond or with a wing

-in the easier matches is also possible make a defence line with only 3 players(if the other team usually don't use a wing). in matches like these i'll try to use the younger players i have (maybe not the central DEF because is increased the importance of the skill "Experience" for DEF)

What previous experience do you have with the Canada u21 team? Did you train a player? Did you help scout? I think that the answers are none, no, no. Please, get involved and help our national team, but, personally, I would rather vote for a Canadian manager who has at least some experience with the Canada u21 team.

i understand your point of view, but in my defence i can say that i don't choose Canada u21 in a random way! i've choosen Canada becausa a friend of mine, the user "ziojack" has a player of the u21 that i like very much: Oscar the grouch Justice. well, now he's 22 so he isn't still in the under, but when he was i followed the match of the under because i want to see how did he play, and than i gave some training advices to my friend in order to grow him at best! so in my little, i'm not so far from Canada u21!

any questions, doubts? today is the last election day!

thanks to who voted for me! i understand that for a foreign player is difficult to beat a national one!but next election i'll try again, and i hope to have more possibilities! if i can i'd like to continue to write in the canadian forum, specially in the topics about youths!
