What is the best to train him def or mid?

either is fine. If you are already training DEF or MID keep going, if I have to choose I will train him as a MID (but I always see good MIDs of the good players)

nice youth! i would train as a mid too! this can be a possible wing (because of the little def) in my opinion, or central/defensive mid, but not a DEF.. i suggest to train him in pace still formidable/outstanding and than go strong with plmk! ;)

If goran train mostly DEF and pace the player can be a defender with some secondaries.

yes but if he train him as a MID he have to do only plmk while if he want to train him as a defender he should train him immediately in defence for a season and not in pace, loosing the advantage of the age, and than in plmk too, because it is the second important skill among the secondaries.. so train the player as a mid is simplier! :)

Thanks guys, I think I will train him as a MID And first in plmk then pace and then plmk again.
