A nice win today against Bulgaria. 3-2. Strus has the team looking strong.

could've easily been 4-2 or 5-2 with the missed penalty and leopold's shot off the post in the 90th minute

What! Canada 0 : USA 7
17 shots for the USA.
Canada played the Portugal tactic and the USA played an aggressive offside trap with a 5-3-2 tactic and Canada got caught offside no less than 9 times.
Was it bad form? because that looked to be Canada's best lineup, on the day. And the USA made our players look very average despite average ratings for Canada of 72 and for the USA of 72.2.
You know I hate that very high defense tactic, it makes the games boring to watch, but did it ever work against us today.
Congratulations go to team USA.

Congratulatio! Great score! XD

Your tactic was perfect against the opponents.

The two scores have found large space between defenders ;)

I have only some question for you....

The two mildfilder were 31 and 33 yrs......no one younger?

Lemieux is the best midfielder in Canada

about Sebrango - I really like him and his skills, he is good defender and he can play also as midfielder and his skills are still very good:>

about younger.. yes there are younger players.. but in my opinion the most important are skills - not age :p

I said it because was a friendly match. And if it's possible in this game i think is better put players younger to give extra training.
I think that line up so old players in a friendly match is a wast of training.Every week they risk to go down in some skill and after 32\33 they precipitate. After, if the official match they are better than a younger player they have to play!

I think that if a Nt would increase his level can't don't give extra training to the young player that can increase their skill. Only in this way we can have a stronger NT.

if you want to lose ranking points why not.. let's play youngers and don't have any chances for WC :]

about training you're maybe right but it's only 50% of training if player didn't play in club.. if he play it's not 150% or sth like this.. it's only a few % more.. training in national matches isn't very important and there is more chances for injury to potential NT Stars.

I did't say that extra training is 50%..:P I only said that if we have to give an extra training "x" is better give it at younger players. Without considering experience levels. Injury is in the hand of Random :P

Now canadian NT is 34°, in the third group from 32 to 48. To lose this position you had to do a massacre!
I think in this season you can line up some younger players more, especially with some medium-lower NT, only this! ;)
