Hey Hey Hello !:)
My name is Bartek(eng. Bart) and I'm 19y old. I'm here because i would like to get stronger NT team with big potential. Your NT Team with Struś as coach made great progress and I want to countinue his work. We are in good contact and with me as NT coach he will be still close to your NT. He is ver experienced but i would like to use my expierence too. I played against your team when i was South Africa coach(sry i'm still:P). Your team is stronger than my but... tactic and luck was in my hand :)) Link do match.
Of course my main aim is promote with Canada to World Cup! You deserved it and I would like to be a coach who will do it for you. We should be second in group... but there is also club from first 16 teams in ranking. We can get points against this team too. I love playing matches against stronger teams.. I can show then that tactic is the most important thing. Of course you need luck if you want to win too :P I would like to show you my two matches against England from last season. I think that games don't need comment. There they are: 1, 2.

I don't want to show you that i'm the best tactic in game becase i'm not ;) but I think that my competences are enough for NT Canada.

It's hard to say because i didn't see skills but after looking for your squad and your last matches we can find some defects :p You need world class winger, second GK, and reserve in better condition (specially strikers and mids). Your NT looks like very strong but strong NT is not only best 11 of players ;)

His lvl depends on opponent.. but first team winger in my opinion should have:
pace min. magical min. solid/very good defender
technique min. unhearthly playermaking min. incredible/brilliant
passing min. magical
of course he has to have high stamina ;)

You are talking about Dave MacMillan? I don't know skills mate... it was only guessing :p Struś rather played without winger so i thought that you haven't got good wingers;]
Hey guys. I'm just dropping by to say that Brokus did a fine job for us over in South Africa.
We didn't know him before his election but gave him a chance and he fared well.
Most recently he won the African Cup of Nations, not a difficult task but it did include a dominating 3-2 win over Sengal who have a NT about as strong as ours. He beat Wales 2-1 while dominating territorially and by shots (7-3) despite their team marks being higher than ours (64.1-69.7). He also had other wins against teams with higher marks, like Slovenija. In our WC qualifying campaign, he managed 3rd behind Poland and England with a 55-19 goal difference which included a 2-1 win over England.
Brokus was also quite active in the South Africa Association forum and made good use of the NT database that I have administered.
I don't know the other candidates in the running over in Canada, but I don't think you would be disappointed with Brokus as your NT coach.

Now i want to tell you more about my plans with nt. Of course promotion to World Cup is my main aim. I will use best players in games against the strongest teams in WCQ group. Of course there will be also weak NT and it will be time for our reserve team. B or C squad. We have to win all matches against teams with lower rankings. This is very important if we want to keep great position in ranking scored by Struś.
I didn't tell you anything about my tactics. I waited for questions from you about it :P
I prefer offensive tactics, with high defend and offside traps. It rather works in most of matches. Sometimes as RSA or Japan coach I had to play defensive because strenght of opponent was so big. My tactics depends mainly on opponent and my players skills. When I'm thinking about tactics first of all i'm watching my rival matches (NT and club). It is very important to know which style he prefers. National matches are very exciting because usually both coaches change tactics. I like to test tactics, I made maaany tactics in my sokker career. If rival is weaker than me i use mostly 4 defenders.. if he is much weaker i can use 3 defenders (against Tunis etc).
I noticed that your community is very active. Some users are writing on forum, many users vote in elections and they are online every day. NT team is for you and their coach is for you too. Nice to see there many people who are also NT fan. I would like to write with you about games, tactics, your propositions how to play or your problems and questions. I also helped users in Japan and less in South Africa(there are only few active managers and they are experienced). Some japanese users still write to me via sk@ with their questions about team, players etc.
Your Canadian forum need more live :p much more users should write here. Maybe you want some competitions? For example predictions match results? NT, u21 and your leagues and Cup of course with prize - PLUS or extra player in NT game against week opponent or preparing tactic for NT game.. i don't know which prize would be the most interesting for u ;>

Maybe he is a little bit more experienced than me (he is playing longer and he was strong Slovenija NT coach) but you should agree that my experience is enough for your NT.

I wouldn't say 17 (I think that's how many voted last year) out of 70 is many. As for the forums, lately the only thing that gets any posts is the youth pull topics, and even those are usually the same 5 or 6 people. There are 2 topics in the last 2 pages of the forums that are not election speeches or youth topics and that were not started by me or 1, and they were both by users from other countries, one wanting support on an idea and the other was for the NSW. We do have lots of users who play alot, but they are not very active in the forums.
Last season i tried to get more users interested in the NT with the U21 Match Expectations Topic, but in 3 pages there are only 3 posts that are not by me, solli, or 1. We must try new things to get the users interested.

I would like to see you working with deathbymail and helping him to be able to coach the NT next seasons (now he is still too new for that). If you promise to do so you have my vote.
Of course i can promise it. He could be my assistant/scout if he wants it ;> I would like to help him and i'm sure that in the future he will be great manager ;] He is looking strong-minded, surely his time is coming but he has to learn.
It would be better to see him as u21 coach again but it's probably artificial :( we could work together with NT. Don't forget that Struś will be close too ;) He is trying to be NT coach in Poland so he can't start here ;)

can you make a movie with 2-3 tactics that you used before?
I'm interested mostly in the movement of the defenders (offside trap).
