Subject: [U21] solli

Hi! i'm here again! :P i'm running for the U21!
last season somebody (or better, some1 :D) rightly told me that it would be better for me to have more knowledge of canadian u21 players and than to help the u21 in some ways before having some chances to be elected!

well, this season i followed all the matches of the under, i gave some little advices and opinions about youths and tactics in the canadian forum; but also I often look if there are some interesting youths on selling or in TL and i add them in the national DB! it won't be much, but something i tried to do!

about me:

i like to change the tactical plan for every match (in my team i have never used the same tactic for all the season), because in this way for the other coaches is more difficult to study a perfect tactic against me. i think that, especially for a national team this is an important thing, with also the condition of the players!

my goals for u21:

- Canada unfortunately went out from World Cup (i'm not criticizing deathbymail!), but in my opinion now should start a serious plan to arrive to the next qualification as best! for the next year results and ranking should be considered less important than the youths' growth! so…more 20y than 21y in the field(but i hope some 19y too), in order to arrive to the next copetition with good youngs!

-so, the youths' growth first of all ! how to do? giving advices about the best way to train them in order to make them future nt players!
if somebody won't have the possibility to train a young players and will decide to sell him, i'll announce the selling in an ad hoc forum in Italy (obviously after checking that no canadian users would have the possibility to buy the player), so that if in Italy there will be some interested user he could buy and train the player!

- the last, but not the least: Canada has now about 70 users, but not many write in the forum. i'll try to improve the situation with some new topics and discussions (especially for the u21). than i'll ask to some users(i'd prefer canadian if possible) to help my in scouting, and to contact new users to help them at the beginning, but also to convince those that have funds to open the youths' school because this is very important for the u21!

You are a man of your word. You have followed Canada u21 and have commented on the forums.
I like your idea of switching up tactics frequently. Would you fit the players into your tactic or fit the tactic to your players form and skills?

i prefer to fit the tactic to my players and their form, because i think is difficult to make a tactic without the right players!

for example: if my defence isn't very fast and with high form it would be a suicide a difensive high line becasue the opposite strikers would be favoured in case of deep passages if they are fast!

another example: there's no sense in playing with a wing if in my team there isn't a player with the skills for a wing! he would be stopped every time by the def!

this idea is in my opionion very very important for a national team, especially for the u21, because here youths are not still formed in their skills and so it's necessary to fit them into the tactic plan!

this is not a universal rule!
i think that a good way to have results is the non-stop testing: changing always, testing new positions, new players, chenge plans (4-3-1-2, 4-3-3, 4-2-2-2, wings, no wing, ....)!

imho, this is the best thing in sokker! let's enjoy with it! ;) skills and tactics shouldn't be restrictions but they have to be combined in order to have more fun! :)

you have seen that this season I've tried to help in canadian forum... so, for Canada i'll be available for helping, sure! ;)

working with Deja would be a pleasure for me! obviously if he want!

I would love to have the help, especially with scouting!

no problem! if you win the elections (as i think) i will help you Deja! i did the scout for Jamaica two season ago, so i'm quite good in this! ;)

i know i'm a bit late but i want to continue the good work of Deja!

last season I continued to help, in my little, the u21! i made the "scout", looking for the best youngs on selling and adding them in the DB! but also i updated players in the DB (some of you should have received some my mails :P), and pubblicizing those who were being selled in some forums (in Canada i used this one)!

why we should elect you this time?

this season I've been promoted in the italian serie D at the end of a great championship in which i won against stronger teams than mine! and i can proudly say that i'm one of the only other 22 users signed up in the 2009 that are now in "serie D"!

so I think to have gained a sufficient experience for running for the u21 and make a good WC!

please, ask me whatever you want! :)

do you mean in the u21, don't you?

i think yes.. so, in my opinion we have great youths among strikers but most of them aren't at best now! the u21 lose, since this season, great strkers like Fundy and Tice.. but at the moment only Dehere can make the difference in a match!

Don't forget Boukovalas :P Also there was a 20yo that I saw in the database that could become an important player later on in the season but I forget his name :)
