hello Canada! :)

I've put my name forward again.

This season as head of Canada u21 has been an incredible experience! managing this team bring me a great satisfaction and I hope you are satisfied for u21 matches and results too.

WHAT I'VE DONE

1) thank to the help of two scouts, I've tried to keep the Database always updated (I bet that all the canadian users with a potential nt player have received at least 3 mails for updating), in order to play each match with the best formation possible.

2) I've opened a topic of presesentation every match played, trying to involve the community.

3) I've make advertising to ALL the interesting youth canadian players in two forums:

- Transfers Canada
- NT Italia ---> "Canada U21"

MY RESULTS

In the Qualification Group M

- 6 wins;
- lost 2 times with Italy;
- a loss with Norge;
- a draw with Malta in the fist match;

I failed the goal of the second place, I know, and this is my biggest regret. I want to apologize for this.

friendlies (all u20)

still now these are the results:

- 3 wins:

Canada - Uruguay 3-0

Pilipinas - Canada 1- 8

Belarus - Canada 0-4

- 1 draw:

Latvija - Canada 1-1

IN THE END:

Canada u21 has passed from 52th place to 40th place in the ranking during this season.

I want to thanks all the canadian users for the chance you gave me and for your help! your youths are really great and I must admit that there are lots of good trainers in Canada!

this is all I think :)

If you want to continue with me vote HERE.

GO CANADA!!

Congratulations. Keep up the good work. And keep us informed. You may think that no one is following the team and reading your posts, but that is not true.
You have done a great job scouting and developing tactics for the players that we have.

thank you!

I'm really happy to see that you are following both your national team, even if "in the dark" :)

I'm thinking about some ways for making the community more involved! let's see what I can do :P

Hi everybody! Election time is here again... as me :)

this is not a secret: I would like to play the Qualifications again. by now, I think that each of you know about me: I've stressed this community as no one else before :P

but I've always put all my commtment in this job: in setting new tactics for each match, in the weekly database's updating, in involving as best I could all of you (topics about friendlies, "Win the U21", etc.).

This season has been strange, with unexpected wins (Italy above all) but also with unexpected losses (Prathet Thai). In this moment Canada stands at the 34th place in the word nt ranking and I'm quite proud of this goal (is it the best position ever for Canada u21? does somebody know?). This should help for the WCQ Gruop..

I see if you won't want me anymore. Sometimes I can't put up with myself too :D

I may not be playing on Canada, but I've been living in Toronto for 4 years. I am looking forward to count with dbm to do the NT job. I see that as a good way to continue the job in NT. ;)
