Subject: skill levels needed for u20 & NT?

i can see the minimum skills required, but what are the realistic skill levels needed for a player to be a decent candidate for selection to the U20 or NT.

i am training strikers at the moment, but the information for other positions would be nice too.

Well, it changes every season for the U21 depending on the quality of the players that season. To have a striker in the NT, they would probably need at least 3Xbrilliant, or 3xmagical depending on age. For U21, it changes quite a bit with age. A 19yo will improve much more in the 2 seasons it takes to turn 21 than a 24yo aging into a 26yo. I will try and show what would be needed for strikers.

19yo>>>pace+technique+striker=29 with all on at least solid.
20yo>>>pace+technique+striker=33 with all on at least very good.
21yo>>>pace+technique+striker=36 with all on at least very good.

It's hard to give exact numbers though, because like I said, it depends on the quality of the players that season. Hope that helps.
