Hi all,
I'm an italian boy, 30 years old, and I have played sokker for over 2 years (9 season) with excellent results. I have reached the podium seven times out of nine and for five time i won my group.
This season I came close to reach a historic promotion in Serie C, after winning my group (one of the most competitive of all Serie D,( top 10). In fact, only few coaches (maybe no one) in Italy have reached the Serie C in only 9 season starting from Promozione. In this season i won against the italian U21 CT too, in our National Cup (Match), even if with second team both.
I like this game very much and i love specially tactical and strategical aspects.

I usually develop my tactic and strategy for each different opponet, even if I like play with a wing and four defender.
My preferred are offensive tactics, with higth defense, a strong midfilders (with good level in defender) a wing and 2 scores. I want that my team always make the game. Ball possession, play area and shots on goal must be in favor of my team as you can see sifting through the statistics of my match. In the last match, despite the heavy defeat, i have make the match with 10 players because of a red card , with 22 shoot on the gol, ball possession ecc.

I usually see many important match (World Cup, Seria A ecc.) to steal the secrets of the best coaches of sokker. I'm active in my country's forum and I'm online every day.


It will be a mild season for your NT. The WC is a great appointment and i think a good result would give new life at your community.
For that, I would have two or three of you in my staff, like a scout or assistant or deputy CT, to help me to settle quickly in your league and to know your players as quickly as possible.
This is an invite to deathbymail too. I think that a good result will be most easy to reach with his active collaboration in the staff also because he brought the U21 in the WC and I would't take him away the pleasure of playing a leading role in the next WC.

I think that with his konwhow of the player and my experiece in the game we can make miracles!

I'll also be assisted by one or two italian coaches, friends of mine who help me in the study of oppenent tactics.
I'm sure we will do a fantastic job!

I hope you give me a chance to drive your NT highest possible!

I think deathbymail won his right to continue as a coach for U21, qualifying for the WC.
You may consider to apply for NT.

I have explained why i have choose the u21 and that i don't want to exclude deathbymail from the staff. I could help him if he'll win....and if he want :P

But i can understand you.

If others prefer that i applly for your major NT, i could change my candidature ;)

Very good presentation, Filippazzo. Quite impressive and detailed showing you are eager to work hard improving the U21 for Canada, but I honestly think you would face an uphill battle trying to dislodge our incumbent coach Deathbymail.

It is your decision of course, but like Metro, I think you would have a better shot at winning the NT coach position. Good luck either way :)

"New life" it was understood how to bring even more people to the national team and therefore be more active in conseguence of a good result of NT. I didn't want to discredit your work! :)

I think that we was able to be more lucky, however it was able to be worst. :P

The most important and strong teams are without doubt Espana and England.

Espana:
It is one of the better NT in sokker. Actually is 4° in the world rank after Polska, Italy and Easti.
A NT that in the last years confirmed all his higth value. Good coaches and especially greats players have done this NT one of the best.

In the last WC they went out at the eighth final against Mexico, losing 3-1. Not a big result even if Mexico played a great WC reaching the semi-finals!
They won their group just with Mexico (1-0), Danmark (3-2) and Magyarország (2-2) with a draw against the last one.
The coach hasn't re-stand for election so it's hard to talk about tactic aspects but decidedly they have great individuals especially in attack!

England:
Very good NT with a good average mark, together with Spain, is the other candidate to win the group.
England, despite being a good team, failed to express at the highest levels. Its 29° in the world rank is a dimostration of this.
In the last WC they went out in the group defeated by Argentina and formed by Colombia and
Rossiya. England went out for goal difference in favor of Colombia with 4 points.
Although the english coach hasn't re-stand for election.
The value of their player is very higth! His average mark is near to close 80! A team that must be faced with great care!

The other teams of the group are under canadian NT level , but not for this they can be faced with sufficiency. In fact if we want to pass the group stage, we can't afford to lose points with these teams.
We need to introduce a full score to play all out in head to head with Spain and England!

It will not be a walk, but i believe that with your potential, a good tactic and a little 'luck we may be able to go through.

Go out without to be the best team it's quite normal, go out being the best team (like some other candidate!) it's a crime!

Hi all,
looking your forum (all) I didn't found a tutorial system. Do you have smthing like that?

I think to improve your NT first is most important improve your comunity. I know that your number users aren't italian numbers but i think that it's important don't lose in the first months of game the new user that leave the game because don't understand it well.
Introducing a tutorial system for the new user or for all those need help can reduce drastically the numeber of early and the learning time with the consequence there will be much more players and much more know-how.

This is a way, but i could said other initiatives that we can do to improuve your NT. It's an hard and long work, but with help community we can do it.

lol i think the first time tht U21 CT hires a coach to apply in the election.

I think that is the congratulation to have changed for NT :P


However, i think that as 1 said you need someone who leads your community, organize forum, who is online, promote iniziative to approach users to NT.

A coach who don't write in the forum, don't have interest to drive this NT and his running only because...because...because....... i don't konw because, i think will be deleterius for you all community and NT. You don't need some one who line up your NT every week as a second team. We need somethings else!
